So sorry. I hadn't been aware of the call scheduled for tomorrow, and won't be 
able to make it because of a previous commitment.  Let's also plan a call for 
next week.

Update on the contract: the last round of changes (requested by SAP) are with 
the lawyer. I should get a final version later this week, and will expect 
sponsors to sign  (and pay) next week.
