Updated the info map definitions for amqp:connection:redirect and amqp:link:redirect when used with WebSocket AMQP 1.0 binding.

Recommended redirect of ws to wss but not wss to ws (for security reasons).

SASL behavior during redirect remains unspecified, as the desired behavior is not clear and also not required to support functional redirect semantics for the WebSocket AMQP 1.0 binding.
