We will discuss and determine a reach-out plan for canvasing the OASIS members for their vote during the OASIS Standard approval ballot for AMQP 1.0.

Some ways to reach out are:

· General email to OASIS membership drawing attention to the specification and its readiness for approval as an OASIS Standard. We can provide evidence of interoperability, adoption, etc.

o On-point: Co-chairs (Angus and Ram)

· Reach out to voting representatives individually.

o On-point: AMQP TC and AMQP Member Section members who can volunteer to reach out individually to friends who are OASIS member voting representatives.

o Find attached a spreadsheet of all the OASIS members (as of Sept 8). We can review the list of members, see if any of us know any of the voting representatives, and reach out.

7. Timeline for re-chartering the TC

o Sept 11

§ TC will review feedback comments on the proposed revisions to the TC charter, finalize revisions, and decide (via a simple majority vote) on re-chartering the TC.

o Sept 25

§ Chairs will submit proposal to re-charter the TC to TC admin

o October 1-7

§ 7-day Special Majority e-ballot to approve re-chartering of the TC

o Oct 15

§ TC admin announces call for participation in the re-chartered TC

o Nov 6th

§ TC conducts first meeting under the revised charter!

§ Note that the re-chartered TC will be in operation in about a week after the AMQP 1.0 OASIS Standard is published under the existing charter!
