Thomas Technology Solutions, Inc. and Arbortext Announce VAR Agreement

HORSHAM, Pa., August 30, 2000-Thomas Technology Solutions, Inc., (formerly
Reed Technology, Commercial Division) and Arbortext, Inc. have entered into
a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) agreement. Under this agreement, Arbortext's
Epic product suite will be available to ThomasTech for integration with
selected comprehensive content management solutions.
