Lisa Davis Joins XMLSolutions As Executive Vice President

Strategic Position Targets Key Partnerships, Alliances and Sales

McLean, VA, October 6, 2000 – XMLSolutions Corporation, a leading worldwide

announced Lisa Davis as its new Executive Vice President of Sales and Business 
Development.  

In response to the rapid expansion of e-business demands in major vertical 
industries and European markets, Ms. Davis will lead the continued growth 
of XMLSolutions' Sales and Business Development teams.  In this role, Ms. 
Davis will be responsible for securing strategic partnerships and alliances 
with Global 2000 companies.  Additionally, she will provide key leadership 
to both XMLSolutions' domestic and international sales growth.

Ms. Davis has over fifteen years of experience in the business and technology 
field.  Previously Vice President of Strategic Alliances for Benchmarking 
Partners, Ms. Davis secured significant partnerships with strategic customers 
and key channel partners.  Throughout her career, Ms. Davis has worked 
at the highest levels with Fortune 500 companies in IT and Business Development 
Strategies, with over seven years based in Europe developing international 
business opportunities.
