SoftQuad Software Provides Update On NASDAQ Listing Application


TORONTO, ON – November 06, 2000 – SoftQuad Software, Ltd. (OTC BB: SXML), an
internationally recognized developer of XML-enabling technologies and
commerce solutions for e-business, today announced that Management is
cautiously optimistic that its application to the NASDAQ National Market
will be granted in the near future.
