Whitehill and Wilson Technology To Offer Bundled Document Transformation and
E-Business Solutions to the Legal Sector

Partnership to provide Elite Users with the flexibility of traditional
reporting,
as well as enhanced outputting, including printable, web-enabled documents

MONCTON, NB - Whitehill Technologies Inc., a leading provider of Internet
infrastructure software, today announced an innovative partnership agreement
with Wilson Technology, Inc. of Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, a leading
provider of custom systems design and program management exclusively for the
legal market. This partnership provides users of Elite Information Systems,
a worldwide leader in practice and financial management systems for
professional service firms, with the flexibility of traditional reporting as
well as the ability to convert XML data into web-readable and printable
documents using a bundled solution comprised of Whitehill ReportTM (PDF
option) and Whitehill <xsl> ComposerTM.

Wilson Technology currently provides enhanced reporting capabilities to
Elite users, including an integrated industry-standard XML data output into
their custom report development for Elite's billing system.
