Vordel and DMR Consulting form global alliance to resell secure 
eBusiness solution, TalkXML

New York, and Dublin, Ireland 12 December 2000 - Vordel and DMR 
Consulting today announced a strategic partnership to provide 
global organisations with effective IEI (Inter-Enterprise 
Integration) solutions using the Vordel TalkXML product suite.  
The TalkXML product suite enables enterprises to establish secure 
Internet communication channels to any organisation in a business 
network.

The terms of this strategic alliance between the companies allow 
DMR Consulting to incorporate Vordel's XML-based solution for 
secure eBusiness communication into scalable solutions that offer 
cohesive and secure environments to its customer base world-wide. 
This alliance will help companies achieve long-term competitive 
advantages, by reducing time-to-market for products and services, 
lowering the cost of operations, and simplifying business 
interaction with partners, suppliers and end-customers within 
their specific business or enterprise network.
