Vancouver, BC, November 14th, 2001 - XML Global Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:
XMLG), an XML middleware company, announced today that following the
November 1st, 2001 launch of GoXML(tm) Transform 2.0, it has secured some
early sales success with its XML transformation solution. XML Global signed
a purchase contract with HomeSource Capital, who will use the GoXML(tm)
Transform 2.0 technology to increase efficiency, reduce costs and streamline
the mortgage approval process.

HomeSource Capital, as one of North America's leading mortgage specialists,
has lending relationships with a wide range of financial institutions
including banks, credit unions and trust companies. To facilitate an
