		RWS Group (translate.com) and 20/20 Labs Announce Strategic
Alliance for Localization and Quality Assurance Testing Services

		SAN FRANCISCO, CA and CULVER CITY, CA - August 23, 2002 -
RWS Group (translate.com) and 20/20 Labs, Inc. (2020labs.com), today
announced formation of a strategic alliance that will provide global
companies with integrated localization and quality assurance (QA) solutions.
The partnership will significantly simplify the process of developing and
releasing multilingual software, hardware, and websites in international
markets.  RWS Group is a leading global provider of translation and
localization services and 20/20 Labs, Inc. is an independent provider of
outsourced quality assurance (QA) testing services.

		Under the terms of the agreement, RWS Group and 20/20 Labs
will integrate an experienced network of industry experts, project managers,

facilities. RWS Group will provide localization, internationalization,
cultural consulting and on-line linguistic verification services. 20/20 Labs
will provide software and website functionality and compatibility testing
against third-party products, including system platforms, peripheral
subsystems, operating systems, applications and browser environments.
Additionally, 20/20 Labs will provide standards and compliance testing as
well as QA systems consulting and on-site QA personnel training.
