SOA Software Acquires ThoughtDigital

Extends Its SOA Product Suite With New Publish and Subscribe Technology

Santa Monica, Calif.—March 14, 2005—SOA Software™ (formerly Digital Evolution), the leading provider of comprehensive SOA and Web services management, security and governance solutions, announced today that it has acquired New York-based ThoughtDigital LLC, adding powerful event-based reliable messaging technology to SOA Software’s award winning product portfolio and increasing SOA Software’s presence in the eastern United States.

The new technology from ThoughtDigital together with SOA Software’s Service Manager™, Registry and XML VPN™ combine to create the most complete SOA fabric solution available today. SOA Software’s products are proven market-leaders in Web services management, security and UDDI—three of the essential parts of an SOA.
