Announcement: Oracle Selects Systinet Registry for SOA Governance

Systinet, a leading software provider of the foundation for
service-oriented architecture (SOA) governance and lifecycle management,
today announced a strategic agreement with Oracle to embed Systinet's
SOA registry with Oracle(r) Application Server 10g Release 3, a
component of Oracle Fusion Middleware. The agreement will provide
customers with a simple, standards-based foundation for service
discovery, service governance and service lifecycle management across
the enterprise.  Systinet is a Certified Partner in the Oracle
PartnerNetwork.

Oracle Fusion Middleware is a portfolio of standards-based and
customer-proven software products that enable customers to protect,
extend and evolve their existing IT investments.  Based on the widely
adopted UDDI standard, Systinet Registry captures detailed service
description and usage information into a centrally managed, reliable,
searchable location. It allows for the describing, discovering,
publishing, and invoking of SOA business services, acting as a
"System-of-Record" for all information pertaining to an SOA.  By
integrating the Systinet Registry with Oracle Application Server 10g
Release 3, users will be able to gain control of their SOA deployment
and realize benefits such as agility where IT and business processes
work together seamlessly and in real-time. Oracle Application Server 10g
Release 3 is scheduled to be generally available by the end of fiscal
year 2006.
