Subject: RE: [bcm] Brochure Draft; An opportunity to put into practice the BCM process
Carl, Yes, there have been all types of metrics provided; For the 4.1 Billion Govt. Wide Patient Record program, we defined security metrics For Discovery, we defined scale metrics. For a LARGE intel agency, we defined business fit metrics. For DARPA we defined both Security and Interoperability metrics in the Distributed Component-based Architecture Modeling Tool. For he who innovates will have for his enemies all those who are well off under the existing order of things, and only lukewarm supporters in those who might be better off under the new.'' If any of the ICH historical projects have generated evidence of ROI (out of a BCM like project) I am sure we could find a way to incorporate it in BCM materials <quote who="David RR Webber"> > John, > > > Clearly identifying the community of interest, the stakeholders, the > business > goals and the authoritative sources, collaboration roles and products > and services are things that SAIL and BCM share. > Thanks, DW. > ----- Original Message ----- > From: John Weiler > To: nwasserman@adaptiveservices.com ; 'David RR Webber' ; 'BCM OASIS' > Cc: mike.lubash@dfas.mil > Sent: Wednesday, November 19, 2003 8:02 AM > Subject: RE: [bcm] Brochure Draft; An opportunity to put into practice > the BCM process > > > Neil, > > FYI, the concepts that SAIL are using have been in practices since 1999 > and have been successfully applied (meaning solutions were deployed), > for 6 major programs in both govt and industry.
