BCML WAVE IPR Discussion

We have a number of pivotal direction
/ scoping topics we need to discuss at our next meeting ... BCML , WAVE
, IPR , ...

To facilitate maximum participation
I am seeking feedback on -

1. Day & Time we should have a conference call  ..  I have a preference for thursday before 10.00 am USA EST .. either once or twice per month
2. Conference call facility to be used ... e.g. http://www.highspeedconferencing.com/ which supports skype and regular phone regional calls in USA & Europe
