List of TC Members eligible to become voting members at firstmeeting

The following individuals have added their names to the
OASIS Business Document Exchange TC [1] roster as (prospective)
'Member' on or before 12 January 2011, and therefore are
eligible to become voting members at the meeting [2].

Should any of the individuals listed below not attend the first
meeting, they will gain voting rights once having attended two
consecutive TC meetings. Anyone who joins the TC after 12 January
2011 will gain voting rights by attending two consecutive meetings.
