    March 2011: Committee Specification Draft under OASIS namespaces
based on PEPPOL specifications.
    July 2011: Committee specifications for implementation by the
PEPPOL project.
    October 2011: Public review of Committee specifications
    December 2011: Committee specifications approved
    March 2012: Committee specifications becomes an OASIS standard

SCOPE FOR BDEA (Business Document Exchange Architecture)

    The BEDA is the first work item to be delivered by the TC. MHB will present
    initial thoughts and call for volunteers to write a short white paper.
