Dear Philip:
"with the sole exception of the XML namespace" - I mean that the current IBM implementation is using the PEPPOL namespace declaration (since PEPPOL has not yet changed the namespace to match the OASIS specification).

Hi Niels!

What do you mean with "with the sole exception of the XML namespace"?
Does that mean that you send the elements from OASIS SMP spec but use
the PEPPOL spec namespace URL?
I'm confused.
