Call for Comments & Contributions

The above document serves as the draft outline and current base document for the primary TC workproduct.  Comments are solicited against this document.  Contributions are particularly needed in the following areas:

 

- BIAS architecture description

- BIR format specification

- Message syntax & types

- WSDL profile (per WS-I)

- Recommendations for usage of other standards (WSS, SAML, WS-Notify, WS-Transactions, WS-SX, etc.)

 

Contributions should align with the sister document from INCITS:  http://www.incits.org/tc_home/m1htm/2006docs/m1060432.pdf

 

Comments should be submitted on the BIAS Comments Template, which can be downloaded from the BIAS TC documents page.

 

Comments and contributions are requested by 21 June 2006.  These can be posted directly to the TC Members Page (preferred), emailed to the group, or emailed to cathy.tilton@daon.com for posting.  Comments and contributions received by this date will be incorporated into the next revision slated for 7 July 2006.  This revision, and any comments on it, will be discussed at meeting #5 scheduled for 19 July 2006.

 

Call for BIAS Use Cases

 

In conjunction with the above, specific use cases are solicted.  These may be domain specific or generic and should identify players/roles, requests/responses, sequences, etc.  Submissions are requested by 21 June and will be handled as per above call. (See Action Item #5 on TC Members Page.)

 

Call for Technical Editor

 

Nominations for technical editor and co-editor are requested.  Responses should be sent to cathy.tilton@daon.com.  An interim editor is also needed until a permanent one is appointed.
