Matt,

I think that the EBTS data set is different enough to include it in
addition to EFTS.  The reference for EBTS is:

DoD Electronic Biometric Transmission Specification (EBTS), Version 1.2,
8 November 2006.

As discussed at our TC meeting on Wednesday the 16th, here is the
proposed comment to submit to INCITS regarding a list of biogrpahic data
formats.  Please respond today if you wish to modify this proposed
comment.

The OASIS BIAS TC proposes to establish a list of biographic format
types for use in the Biographic Data Set Type so that common biographic
data formats will be referenced in a consistent manner across all
implementations.  The BIAS TC proposes the following 4 biographic
formats to start the list:

1) EFTS
2) NIEM
3) CIQ
4) HR-XML
Classification:  UNCLASSIFIED 
Caveats: NONE
