Schedule Update - revisited

BIAS TC Participants –

I have a couple of schedule related items to communicate to you.

1) Based on the results of the query, we will be changing our meeting times to Thursdays from 3:00 – 4:30pm US eastern time beginning in December.

2) It seems that the proposal season is upon us and has resulted in yet another last minute delay in the Editor’s workshop which had been rescheduled to 26 November. Therefore, the November TC meeting is cancelled. The workshop is in the process of being rescheduled for early December (date TBA). The next TC meeting will therefore be held:

Thursday, 13 December, 3:00pm US Eastern time

I regret these delays and am searching for ways to avoid them so that we can once again move forward. Suggestions welcome.

BIAS TC participants -

Due to some last minute conflicts that arose, we've had to reschedule the Editor's Workshop to Monday, 26 November. As the intent was to review the output of that meeting at our 14 Nov TC meeting, the TC meeting will also be rescheduled to either 28 or 29 Nov, depending on the results of the meeting time survey that has been distributed. [As you may recall, the possibility of postponing the TC meeting was discussed at the October meeting given the short (3-week) period between meetings due to the Thanksgiving holidays.]

If you are interested in participating in the rescheduled Editor's workshop, please let me know. It will still be held in Reston, VA.

Also, if you have not already, please respond to the meeting time query so that we can decide on the day/time for the Nov TC meeting.

All –

I had suggested a couple of alternate time slots on Wednesdays for our monthly telecon meetings, however, none appear to be optimal. Therefore, I’m thinking about whether we might want to change the day to Thursdays. Can you please reply with your availability on this day (it would probably still be mid-month as per usual). Below is a table you could fill out, if it makes it any easier:
