TOPIC – Way forward for BIAS specification development.  Options include:

 

-        Full messaging/protocol spec

-        SOAP profile

-        Follow LEXS example

-        Minimal spec describing how to use the INCITS BIAS XML to create/invoke SOAP-based services in which the operations are contained as payloads and some envelope requirements are defined.

 

Please be prepared to discuss these options and your preferences.
