As a reminder, below are the action items from our last meeting (26 January): • (Cathy) Provide letter to SC37 notifying them of liaison appointment • (Ross & Cathy) Research new TC, subsuming this TC, and develop list of pros and cons for discussion/action at the February meeting • (Cathy) Bring up issue of public posting contribution at the April meeting of INCITS. • (Brad) Look into the issue of USG work being publicly available and whether ISO can copyright it. • (Cathy) Prepare CSD2 (update the cover page, etc.) • (Cathy) Coordinate with OASIS staff to initiate 2nd 45‐day public review • (Cathy) Once PR has begun, draft a press release about it, sending it to the orgs identified. The PR should also include a paragraph related to the Ref Impl. • (Cathy) Check to see if use statements must come from OASIS members only. • (Cathy) Check to see if we can get download statistics from the TC documents page for the Ref Impl package. • (Cathy) Update website to include Kevin’s name and email address instead of Ross’ for the announcement about ref impl availability.
