Thank you for the warm welcome and making such a special case for me to be presented.

I am supposed to arrive at LA on December 6th and I should be able to participate in the TC meeting on December 10th via teleconference, provided I can access to a phone line. I have internet access, so probably I can dial from Skype on my laptop. I will confirm it later when I arrive at my accommodation.

I did not mind these issues to be considered and discussed by members present at the November TC meeting. Since it is delayed till December, if members can consider issues and respond on the mailing list meantime, it would be much appreciated.

After December 10th, (due to holidays) the next TC meeting will be January 7th. We also have the face to face meeting in Germany January 20-22.
