[bpel4people] BP 111 Proposal from feedback

All,

                Attached is the updated proposal including all of the feedback from the last conference call.  Of particular interest, we’ve made it explicit that these methods are called from a WS-HumanTask Parent, and therefore made sure to keep maximum consistency with the other text in section 8 (particularly sections 8.2 and 8.3) regarding the naming of operations and the extension of htcp:tProtocolMsgType.
