Subject: work product review


The following issues have been idientified in the submitted work products and must be corrected before they can be uploaded to docs.oasis-open.org and the public review announced:

WS-BPEL Extension for People (BPEL4People) Specification Version 1.1

1. Line numbering should start at Section 1 rather than the cover page 

2. Specification Title: Please move Specification Version 1.1 inline as part of specification title 

3. Committee Draft: Please remove reference to Revision 00

4. Date: The specification was approved on 4 November 2009; this is the date that must appear on the cover and running footer.

5. Specification URIs: 
a. please add authoritative designation to This and Previous version sections
b. please fix hypertext links 
c. Latest Approved Version is no longer part of the template. Please remove. 

6. Technical Committee: Include hypertext link in Technical Committee section to point to TC homepage 
   http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=bpel4people

7. Related Work: Include hypertext link to OASIS BPEL4People – WS-HumanTask Specification – Version 1.1 

8. Namespaces: Only namespaces declared within this specification should be cited on the cover page (i.e. bpel4people). Will need namespace documents for each of the declared namespaces. (see templates at docs.oasis-open.org/templates)

9. Status: Include hypertext link to point to TC homepage and to IPR page 

10. Running footer: document identifier must match file name (minus extension)

11. Please eliminate extraneous white space on the cover

12. Section 1 must include notational conventions and references. References must be divided into Normative References and Non-Normative References. (See templates at docs.oasis-open.org/templates)

13.  Conformance needs to be the last numbered section.

Web Services – Human Task  (WS-HumanTask) Specification Version 1.1
