BP-141: Type of IDs not consistently defined

Target: WS-HumanTask specification, ws-humantask-api.wsdl, version 1.1, PR 1

Issue Description:
The following IDs are defined to be of type xsd:string:
tTaskAbstract
- id
- parentTaskId

tTaskDetails
- id
- parentTaskId

tTaskQueryResultRow
- id
- parentTaskId

Other IDs are of type xsd:anyURI. All IDs shall be of the same type.

Proposal:
Set all IDs in the specification and XML file to be of type anyURI.
