Here's the agenda for the 2/10 TC meeting. Note our first Public Review ended on February 13th and we received no comments other than from TC members, see:

I have checked with Luc, and if we are able to resolve all remaining issues on Wednesday Luc believes he could have a PRD 2 candidate ready for the TC's review one week later, on 2/24. If so, depending on how much review time the TC wants, we could conceivably vote to issue PRD 2 during our 3/1 TC meeting.
