Here's the agenda for the 7/24 11 AM ET TC meeting. The meeting will be short but two important votes will be held.

1. Roll call, assignment of today's minute taker, agenda review

Dave Ings will take minutes.

Note well - Justin, Ralf and Gerhard missed the 6/26 meeting and so must attend to avoid losing voting rights at the conclusion of this meeting.

2. Review and approval of the previous TC minutes

3. Approval Votes

Vote one will be to approve our most recent working draft, as published by Luc, as our Committee Specification Draft 12:

If vote one is approved, vote two will be to request TC Admin to conduct a public review of Committee Specification Draft 12, and to recommend to TC Admin that Mark Little be notified of the public review as an external stakeholder, and to recommend to TC Admin that the public review be the minimum requirement of 15 days.

Both votes must be "full majority" which means a majority of voting TC members not just those present. There are currently 11 voting members which means we need 6 votes in favour for the motions to carry.
