London FTF minutes (most of them)

Attached is the major part of Alastair's minutes for the London meeting. As
he said in yesterday's phone conference, he intended to get them finished by
local lunchtime today but has been off sick today.

The minutes are complete for the part of the meeting they cover, which is
most of it.  The remainder should be along on Monday/early next week.
