[business-transaction] BTP Specification draft 0.9

Dear TC members,

Please find attached the 0.9 draft. Primary thanks are due to Peter Furniss and Alex Ceponkus, who put in most of the hard work. Please note that explanatory material has been ruthlessly purged. Sanjay's suggestion of a tabular format for messages in and out for each Role, which would shorten that section and make it more readable/comprehensible got lost in a handover from me to Peter, and needs to be applied.

There are still plenty of rough edges, but I think this will work as a basis for a formally controlled, issues-list basis for revision, unless a radical change in scope is agreed this Friday.
