    I'll be out of town during the first week of March. So, I'll be
missing the meeting taking place right in my back yard if it has to be
first or second option in the list. I would prefer April.

Hello,
There have been several dates proposed for the next BTP face to
face meeting.  The locale is the San Francisco Bay area.  The
exact location is still being finalized.

The current plan is a half day BTP protocol walk through / tutorial
and a full day of meeting.  The objective for the meeting is to
prepare the spec for committee review.  Completion of committee
review releases the spec for OASIS review and consideration as
an OASIS standard.

Prospective dates:
March 4 and 5.
March 7 and 8.
April 1 and 2.

If you are planning on attending the face to face please indicate
a first and second choice for the meeting date.  If you are unable
to attend on one or more of the dates please indicate that to.
