- Issue 50: Default parameter values				-ABSTAIN, need more explanation for 
hazard, I am not sure if i completely understood the proposed solution for 
the hazard -
- Issue 60: address-as-role or role address			-NO, I prefer <role>-<address>
- Issue 67: "Hazard" from autonomous decision			-YES-
- Issue 71: Messages for Terminator				-YES-
- Issue 95: fault data for WrongState FAULT			-YES-
- Issue 102: Is entity identity modification to be allowed in BTP. 
-ABSTAIN, perhaps we can decide before 1.0, does it have an substantial 
affect on the rest of the spec?-
