The results of the last round of email votes are:

The only issue resolution that did not pass was for issue 60.  The consensus
was that people preferred role-address form instead of the proposed
address-as-role.


Thanks to everyone for their votes and a number of carefully considered comments
to
both yes and no votes on several issues.  These will be captured on the issues
list.
