- Face to Face in Newcastle

- Issue 89 (Geoff Brown will be unable to attend this call).
    - Still needs discussion.  
    - Technical discussion will continue on the bt-spec list.  
    - Procedural discussion on the inclusion of the resolution in the 
      spec will be on the agenda for Newcastle meeting.  
    - Need final text no later than May 10 for inclusion in Draft 1.0.

- Any other issues, editorial versus content changes
  1. Is the proposed modification for the resolution of Issue 108
     editiorial?  Yes
  
- Discussion of the Spec and Primer
  Bill Cox and Mark Potts have made progress on the Primer.  Diagrams
  have been added and narrative around the diagrams is being written
  by Mark now.
