Choreology's BTP implementation

BTPers may be interested to know that Choreology has now released
Cohesions 1.0 which includes a full implementation of the BTP Committee
Specification, including full cohesion control and a flexible
Participant framework that allows application developers to choose how
to handle confirm or cancel. It also implements WS-C+T with the same
api.
