Subject: RE: [business-transaction] BTP 1.1 working draft 5 - to be ballotted as Committee Draft

Title: Message
The ballot form wouldn't let me reference the documents on the docs.oasis-open-org site, so the set is also uploaded as a single zip document, at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/9999/btp-1.1-wd-05.zip
The zip is the one i sent to the OASIS webmaster (to whom thanks) for putting on the docs pages.

Subject: [business-transaction] BTP 1.1 working draft 5 - to be ballotted as Committee Draft

Working draft 5 of the revised BTP spec is now on the docs.oasis-open.org pages. The main document is at
http://docs.oasis-open.org/business-transaction/business_transaction-btp-1.1-spec-wd-05.pdf

The xml documents, which are all treated as integral parts of the spec are:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/business-transaction/business_transaction-btp-1.1-core-schema-wd-05.xsd

http://docs.oasis-open.org/business-transaction/business_transaction-btp-1.1-qualifiers-schema-wd-05.xsd

http://docs.oasis-open.org/business-transaction/business_transaction-btp-1.1-node_state_information-wd-05.xsd

http://docs.oasis-open.org/business-transaction/business_transaction-btp-1.1-abstract-wsdl-wd-05.wsdl

http://docs.oasis-open.org/business-transaction/business_transaction-btp-1.1-soap_binding-wsdl-wd-05.wsdl

http://docs.oasis-open.org/business-transaction/business_transaction-btp-1.1-soap_services-wsdl-wd-05.wsdl

which are also their name space identifications. The first two are defined in the document as normative parts of the specification.

The only change between working draft 4 (the subject of review over the last two weeks) and draft 5 is two cells in state S1 - as a result of applying issue ex-6, it is possible for INFERIOR_STATE/prepare-received to arrive in state S1, where it has no effect.

No other comments were received from the review.

In accord with the plan agreed at the last proper meeting, a web ballot will be run for one week to approve this draft as Committee Draft. (Bill Pope has asked me to initiate this since he has some temporary access problems). According to the OASIS procedures, approval as a Committee Draft requires 2/3 of the TC membership voting to approve and not more than 1/4 voting to disapprove. The document uses the OASIS-approved document templates and naming (as from wd-04), and contains the OASIS copyright statement, as required for a CD.
