Subject: RE: [business-transaction] Groups - business_transaction-btp-1.1-cd-01.zip uploaded
Doug, Well, they are supposed to be identical apart from the document identifications (following the draft naming guidelines, including the cross-references) and the dates. This includes all the schema identifications, and thus affects all the files. As your detective work will have shown, they weren't actually editted until today, but I gave them dates appropriate to when they were approved. And I changed the status paragraph on the first page. I actually made the changes by global edit of wd-05 to cd-01. It turned out that the node_state_information schema had never been updated to wd-04, so that missed the edit. I have made a corrected version of that. I also plain forgot that I should have put the pdf up. I need to involve a colleague in distilling the pdf, so that will have to wait till tomorrow. Sorry about that. The pdf is of course the definitive text (even if it doesn't exist yet :-) The hour difference in the dates appears to be a quirk of windows, or possibly winzip. Comparing against originals on my machine, the zip has them an hour earlier. When the files were written, I (and my machine) was on GMT (or UTC). Now, we are on British Summer Time (UTC+1) and the timestamps in the zip match what I see of the originals. I suspect Windows has stored the times in UTC, then calculated the time for the current timezone on the machine to display as local time, but Winzip is freezing the local time into the zip. I will get the pdf made and put in a revision of the new zip. Given the changes are only on the identifications, I don't think a change marked file is worth it.
