CAM spec' revision 013 now available.

Team,

I just uploaded the latest revisions to the specification to both
the OASIS portal and also our CAM swiki.

I've included all the comments todate, and also fixes and
extensions that I found as result of doing the UBL and OAG
examples.

Also added is a 'properties' section to the end of the schema.
I've realized that as we make refinements, we need somewhere
in the structure that we can extend easily to accommodate 
programmatic control parameters, and such.  So that is now
there.

Included in this is now an import capability.   I've made a start
with this idea - but I expect we'll refine this into the 
next 014 revision - so feel free to experiment and provide
feedback on how this feature can best work.

You will notice there is also a document labelled 'deltas' - that
includes all the changes highlighted - so you can refer to
that to see what changed exactly.

My sense is that we are nearing feature complete for our V1.0
and that with a couple more revisions we should be ready to 
go to our first public draft.

The next work item I want to explore is creating some RosettaNet
examples.  I've found that creating an initial CAM template takes
about 30 to 45 minutes of manual editing - so I recommend just
trying CAM against some of your own local XML files as a
way to testing our latest draft and providing your own
feedback to the group here.
