Groups - iDoc support added to jCAM templates - AWS example (sample-aws-product-idoc.html) uploaded

This new capability is awesome and exciting!  It leverages the tiddlywiki
open source tools - and a set of xslt macros - to automatically generate
wiki capable HTML of a CAM templates' objects and rules.

This interactive HTML can then be navigated by information analysts and
extended and annotated using the wiki platform.  You can just open the
sample in your web browser to try it all out.
