OASIS does not have something like a "reference implementation". It does 
not bless one implementation over another.
There are several implementations of CAMP. Some of them are proprietary 
internal/company implementations, some of them are open source.
The two open source implementations are Solum (as you note in your 
email) and Apache Brooklyn.

It is part of Solum. To get the latest status I would suggest checking 
with the Solum developers.
