Updated with latest proposal:
(1) Deployment Plans now use YAML
(2) Remove the concept of a "requirement type". There are now only Component Types. Requirements use the "targetType" node to call out the kind of component that will satisfy that requirement, but this is not the requirement's "type".
(3) DeploymentPlan, ComponentSpecification, and RequirementSpecification can all have "name", "description", and "tags". These values may or may not appear as the "name", "description", and "tags" of any resources that get created as the result of the register operation.
(4) ComponentSpecification and RequirementSpecification can both have a node of "id". These nodes are used as the targets of the intra-DP references - "req" and "fulfill".
(5) Added "version" and "origin" to DeploymentPlan.
