Since we are going to travel all the way to London, I would prefer to 
reserve 3 full days for the f2f. In the past f2f meeting have been great 
in making progress on the spec, especially topic on which we don't have 
consensus (yet). We can always adjourn early if there is nothing else to 
discuss. If folks are flying in on monday, then it might make sense to 
start Monday around noon. But I don't see a reason to end early.
