Question regarding the CAMP PR

Hi Martin & CAMP TC members,

We are preparing the two CAMP CSDs for their public review release.

One thing we noticed as we did the prep is ten instances of "Error! Reference source not found." They don't show in the doc files but show up in the PDF and HTML versions. They may have been caused by moving text around in editing.

My question to you all is whether you want to go ahead with the PR of the current versions or pull the requests back so that you can fix these first.

I'm doing QA on the files now and I'll continue forward unless you tell me to halt these.
