Strawman for CAMP 1.2 (2.0?) schedule

Deferred issues: 4

April 30, 2016: all major and minor issues resolved (3 months)
May 9, 2016: Start of 1st PR (one month)
June 8, 2016: End of 1st PR
June 30, 2016: Start of 2nd PR (15 days)
July 29, 2016: CS
??: OASIS Standard

If we stick w/ the above schedule we should consider a f2f April 18-20.
Also at some point in the schedule we should thinking about raising the 
bar for new major issues.
