As you can see, the first version of the matrix is up.  I'll update 
periodically, as significant changes occur (meanwhile, I'll maintain all 
changes locally here -- pass them to me as you have them).

What next?

Most immediately:  we need to focus on getting two green boxes in each 
row.  The most efficient way to do this is for current red/orange folks to 
agree and divide the red/orange rows between themselves.  I.e., instead of 
duplicating each others efforts, one implementor should focus on half the 
rows, and the other should focus on the other half (approximately).

We should talk (briefly) at next telecon about this, and how to get it done.

Longer term:
** integrate the add'l 2.0 assigned tests;
** integrate the 1.0 tests;
** make the 2.0 tests publicly available?
