Comment #30:  I suggest alternate wording to DW's: "if an appropriate mouse 
event handler on the Metafile does not prevent further processing".  (This 
covers the details, found in 5.7.10, that there is an appropriate handler 
that does something, and it does not invoke preventDefault().)

Comment #31:  I checked "DOM3 Events".  Singular ("event") is used in all 
cases such as event model, event handler, etc.  I propose that we do the same.

Comments #37, 51:  It seems more usual to point exactly to the phrase in 
the glossary (which I have temporarily implemented).  That definition is 
identical to what's in 3.2.1.1.  I don't feel strongly so let me know if 
you really want to point to 3.2.1.1.

Comment #39:  I suggest to delete the first ("continuous") and leave the 
second ("contiguous") as is.
