errata page for WebCGM CS

I mentioned something earlier about OASIS errata page convention for WebCGM.

For information, here is the last sentence of the Status section of our 
cover page:  "The non-normative errata page for this specification is 
located at www.oasis-open.org/committees/cgmo-webcgm."

That leaves me wondering about a couple of things:

-- does it imply a single file, called something like "cgmo-webcgm.html"?
-- or is this a root directory, from which multiple spec/version errata 
subdirectories might branch?
-- why "non-normative"?  are there any normative errata, anywhere?
