Sorry but I don't have time to study the test file carefully at the
moment. But I suspect you didn't count the apsId as an attribute. See:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-webcgm20-20060623/WebCGM20-DOM.html#L5061

In the 'attributes' description it says: [...] The 'apsid' parameter
of the Begin APS element is considered to be an attribute of its APS
for DOM purposes [...]

Our implementation provides an apsid for <extra:el>, does yours do the
same?
