Agenda reminder Re: [cgmo-webcgm] Groups - WebCGM TC Telecon added

In addition to our technical review of PTC animation, a reminder about the 
other big agenda item...

We need to determine and state whether or not we want to spend our time and 
resources on a year-long WebCGM 2.1 project, with the approximate 
dozen-item scope identified in earlier messages (give or take the 
declarative animation item) [1].

As those of you in the WebCGM WG know, a first draft potential charter to 
continue and extend the WG has been produced [2].  But of course the 
declaration that the WebCGM community intends to pursue 2.1 is a 
prerequisite to proceeding.
