I think you might was Line and Edge Type Definition and Hatch Style
Definition too, although I think they would only apply to negative Line
Types?  In case Line Type Initial Offset isn't well supported. 

Is this work also going to cover the New Style Properties requirement?

Should line types defined as an index 1,2,3, etc or should it be at a
higher level "solid", "dash", etc...
